At Elite Cabinets & Surfaces, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a fair and transparent refunds and returns policy. Please read the following information carefully to understand your rights and obligations when returning or requesting a refund for a product.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return or exchange products purchased from our website if the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be in unused and original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all components, manuals, and accessories.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at aydinildiz97@outlook.com with the following details:
    • Your order number
    • The reason for the return
    • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
  2. Return Authorization: Upon receiving your request, we will review it and respond within 2 business days. If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide you with return shipping instructions.
  3. Return the Item: Once you receive your RMA number, pack the item securely in its original packaging and ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the package. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
  4. Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining shipping insurance for high-value items. Elite Cabinets & Surfaces is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

3. Conditions for Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected. The following conditions apply:

  • Original Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after the product is received.
  • Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up to 15% of the product price may apply if the product is not returned in its original condition or packaging.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or we have made an error in processing the order.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or color, please follow the same steps outlined in the Initiating a Return section. Once the original product is returned and inspected, we will process the exchange.

  • Additional Costs: You may be required to pay the difference if the exchanged item is of a higher value. If the new item is of a lower value, we will refund the difference.
  • Shipping Fees: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any shipping fees for the new product.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products that have been installed, assembled, or used
  • Products without the original packaging or documentation

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Send an email to aydinildiz97@outlook.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the damage or defect

Once we review and confirm the issue, we will either:

  • Offer a replacement at no additional cost
  • Provide a full refund, including shipping costs for returning the defective item

In most cases, we will arrange for the return shipping of defective items at no cost to you.

7. Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
